We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and patient-centered Associate Dentist to join both practices and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:
As an Associate Dentist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- General Dentistry: Providing comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments such as fillings, crowns, root canals and extractions.
- Patient Care: Establishing rapport with patients, conducting thorough examinations, diagnosing dental conditions, and creating customized treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Working closely with our experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
- Patient Education: Advising patients on oral health care and offering preventative tips to promote long-term dental wellness.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Flexible Hours: Part-time or full time hours, with shifts shared between Lumi Dental and Selkirk Crossing Dental locations, offering flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree from an accredited dental school.
- Licensure: Valid, active dental license in good standing in the province of practice.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; however, recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with patients and the ability to perform a range of general dental procedures.
- Professionalism: Compassionate and patient-focused, with a commitment to high standards of care and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using modern dental technology and software for treatment planning and patient management.
