PART TIME DENTAL ASSOCIATE (POSSIBLE FULL TIME)
Springfield Dental is a patient focused dental practice committed to providing high quality care in a friendly and professional environment.
We are looking for a skilled, and compassionate part time Associate dentist to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding dental services in our very busy rural office. You will be joining an office with a strong community base as well as a full daily schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental care to patients with a focus on preventative and restorative care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid, active dental license in good standing in the province of practice.
- Strong clinical skills and a patient centered approach.
- Excellent communication skills, and teamwork ability. Compassionate and patient focused, with a commitment to high standard dental care.
