Licensing in Another Province

If you are a dental assistant registered with the MDA who is applying for registration and certification in another province or territory and require a Letter of Standing, complete and submit the consent form, along with the $75.00 (+GST) processing fee to the attention of: "Manitoba Dental Association." Standard processing time is 10 business days upon receipt of the completed Consent Form and payment. Those with extensive past/current conduct issues or who have resigned with the MDA can expect an increased processing time.

Please be advised that each jurisdiction has set a validity period of the Certificates/Letters of Standing from date issued. Kindly check with the jurisdiction you're applying for.
