Licensing in Another Province
If you are a dentist registered with the MDA who is applying for registration and licensure in another province or territory and require a Certificate of Standing, complete and submit the appropriate consent form, along with the $125.00 (+GST) processing fee to the attention of: "Manitoba Dental Association." Payment options: Cheque, Cash, Credit Card. For cheque, make payable to "Manitoba Dental Association." To pay by credit card, CLICK HERE
Standard processing time is 10 business days upon receipt of the completed Consent Form and payment. Those with extensive past/current conduct issues or who have resigned with the MDA can expect an increased processing time.
Please be advised that each jurisdiction has set a validity period of the Certificates/Letters of Standing from date issued. Kindly check with the jurisdiction you're applying for.
