Member Annual License Renewal Information

The legislation governing licence renewals for dentists are The Dental Association Act and the Bylaw for Registration and Licensure of Dentists (the Bylaw). Subject to the conditions, restrictions and limitations of the legislation, your registration or those otherwise imposed, a member is eligible to renew their licence. 

Members in eligible categories will receive licence renewal forms directly from the MDA prior to the expiration date of February 28. The Bylaw provides for the most accurate information.

If you are only registered as a dentist in Manitoba, Form 2 may be omitted.
